2008 Regional Schedule Notes:

 

1. Assigned Training times to be determined after entries received

2. Use either Trampoline for training and competing. All trampoline teams with 10 or more athletes in the meet be prepared to provide two adult spotters for ½ hour duty at trampoline for each session your team has athletes. More precise assignment times will be coming. (As selling points to your team parents remember 1. no spotters = no tramp and 2. the meet is much more interesting when you are involved up close.)

3. Athletes in competition attire at all times, training, competing, awards.

4. Each session will begin with some kind of Team Introduction, Athlete March-in and/or National Anthem. Grand March-In precedes Session 3. First session athletes should be dressed in competition attire or Team warm-up and ready for line up at 3:00

5. Absolutely No food or drink in the gym. (Please, really, no soda hidden in the gym bag to accidentally spill on the floor)

6. There is an official meet photographer. Remind your parents, No flash photography in the gym during athlete performance times.

7. Coupon for basic meet T Shirt included in the athlete goody bag. Coupon may be redeemed for basic shirt only or used for $15 toward upgraded shirt or alternate item.

8. Awards will begin as soon as reasonably appropriate, when the event is done, or the age group is done and awards are ready. Team event awards are in 2 divisions, compulsory and open. Open division awards are for Levels 9 and up and will be presented at the end of Session 3. Compulsory division awards presented at end of Session 4 are for Levels 8 and below.

9. Awards to 10 places, plus. Age group flights with more than 10 athletes were split into 2 single year age groups for awards. Groups with nine were not. All levels are using 15 -16 and 17+ age groups, no 15yrs and up. Every one will receive an award for every event they compete, don’t leave without your award.

10. We will have a modest first aid station on the floor with ice, coaches tape and band aids. Anything else is what you bring or phone call to EMS.

Hopefully , General Meeting of the Regions Professional Membership, Coach, Judge and interested parties Saturday Evening 8:00 - 10:00p at a location TBD.
